Something I love about being involved with fundraising for local nonprofit groups is that it reminds me, despite all the contrary evidence blaring at me from the national and international news, the world is still full of kind-hearted, level-headed, caring individuals who are good to each other and believe in strengthening their communities. I just want to sincerely thank every one of you who is willing to fight for the little guy, donate your time to a cause, or put your money behind a truly great idea. You all make this country great.
